• Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails
• Maintains databases, dine-in and delivery customers
• Track competitor’s activities by keeping a record of competitor’s prices, menu, new products, promotions, etc.,
• Build and executes social media strategy through competitive and audience research
• Communicates with other FB page’s admin (Mall Managements) to post to their page
• Creates combo meals with competitive value in the market
• Coordinates with accounts department on the cost of products before rolling out any special meals or
promotions
• Creates good copy writing for all social media platforms, print advertisements and sms campaigns
• Maintains tie-up agreements with the banks, companies, schools, malls, government sector, etc.,
