Preparing acknowledgement receipt (for tenant/landlord)

Arranging all Short-term Rental files
Tracking and updating information on the Short-term Rental Database

Preparing Security Deposit Refund of tenants vacating the apartment
Monitoring of Short-term Rentals for renewal of contracts
Calling or Sending emails to tenants before expiry for the tenancy contract
