- Supervise general maintenance of large institutional, residential and office complex as well as repair and maintenance of building systems, structures, fixtures, fittings and all other areas of trade including masonry, architectural, plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC.
- Liaise with the client on all matters providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensure service levels are met in accordance with the contract.
- Coordination of a multicultural workforce across the contract.
- Coordinate other sub contractors associated with the contract.
- Examine Tender documents, Determine/Evaluate scope of works and required materials/equipments.
Clarify/Prepare queries for any ambiguity of missing information in the tender documents.
- Estimate quantities, duration, and prepare planning/costing for tender documents.
- Prepare quotations for various items required for the works.
- Do on-site inspection to assess the quality of the work done.
- Prepare reports for the higher management.
