Admin - Visa Specialist/Employee Services
• Managing and accessing requirements and documents needed for company visit visa application, work visa and cancellation request;
• Controlling and tracking residency activities (local transfers, renewals, cancellations, transfer information and new work visas)
• Providing assistance to all employee with regards with policies and procedures;
• Maintains and updates files in Global Visa System;
• Do follow ups for finger printing and medical schedules;

Creates imaginative and eye-catching displays and lay outs on store walls in order to attract the customers;

Dressing mannequins according to followed theme and ensure that appropriate accessorizing is carried out;

• Assists Store Manager with providing a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise;
• Trains store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials; delivering training sessions; reviewing staff job results and learning needs with retail store manager; developing and implementing new product training;
• Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions;
• Prioritizes, plans, and adjusts schedules as necessary to maximize sales;
