• Responsible for making and sending the quotation to the clients.

• Communicating with customer for their complain and logistic personnel’s regarding our shipment delivery to warehouse
• Performed administrative work such as filling, maintain records and files, booking of flights for sales manager & general manager, other staff members.
• Encode and abstract record, documents and other data sheets in a timely manner
• Verify and review their entries once data is encoded
