▪ Manage employee relations issues e.g. disciplinary, performance concerns and grievances.
▪ Manage end to end onboarding process - visa formalities, induction and orientation programme.
▪ Manage the recruitment process - ensure budget approvals, sourcing & selection of profiles, interview candidates, negotiation & issuance of the offer.

▪ Lead standardization and implementation processes for newly developed HR Shared Services.
▪ Played a major role in restructuring and mobility of various functions across different offices.
▪ Lead HR Operations and employee relations activities across Gulf countries, such as but not limited to benefits administration, Insurance supplier’s management, onboarding, offboarding and transfers.
▪ Collaborate with HR colleagues and key stakeholders as well as leaders to deliver HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the business. ▪ Work closely with HR Director to manage the company performance appraisal, promotions and remuneration review cycles.
▪ Work alongside counterparts in-region such as IT, Finance, Marketing, Risk & Compliance, Immigration to assist in process improvement projects, reporting and adequate staff training.
▪ Conduct regular audits to ensure all requirements aligned with corporate compliance and implement improvement actions.
▪ Generate and analyze various monthly reports including payroll, absence management, KPI settings, exit interviews, attrition data.
▪ Continuously manage the queries related to HR policies and act as first point of contact for all employees & leaders.
• First point of contact for 2400+ employees and line managers across Middle East Region.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure queries are dealt with in timely with agreed quality and performance standards.
• Continuous review HR policies & processes to further simplify and standardize.
• Manage & coach team of junior members to enhance knowledge, performance & capability and guide them through process.
• Manage mobilization of new hires, letters, creation of employee records, transfers within and leavers.
• Ownership of complex HR cases, dispute resolution; investigating workplace issues, disciplinary and grievance hearings, delivering redundancy notices, exit procedures and final settlement formalities
• Work on payroll and reward activities.
• Liaise with various teams including Recruitment, Immigration, Finance and IT.
• Audit all employee data and maintain accurate records in HR files and systems at all times.
• Participate on key HR Projects (E.g. creation of process work instructions, templates, new processes/policies, systems data cleanse etc.)

• Preparing Job Description for employees.
• Placing Job advertisements through newspapers, job portals and social networking sites.
