Responsibilities:
• Handling FIT, group and corporate travel inquiries.
• Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Determining clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel packages.
• Organizing memorable and exquisite travel itineraries and vacations for high-level clients and business executives.
• Issuing, re-issuing and refunding airline tickets using Amadeus and Galileo. Issuing EMDs for any ancillary services.
• Arranging hotel accommodation and tour packages for both walk-in and corporate clients.
• Providing visa assistance usually UAE, UK, Turkey, and Schengen visa.
• Informing clients regarding visa requirements, applicable fees and booking an appointment for visa applications through VFS.
• Issuing an international driving license.
• Negotiating with several suppliers for the best deals and preparing efficient and effective proposals.
• Creating and maintaining professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Managing agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management.
• Scheduling and arranging meetings with employees, corporate clients, and suppliers.
• Works closely with Operations Manager and ensures to accomplish whatever is required.
• Responsible for maintaining good partnership with airline, hotels, and DMC's.
• Help managers make effective decisions based on current and accurate reporting.
• Handling confidential company information and client records.
• Distributing news updates and company memos for staff information.
• Assisting in the implementation of new administrative procedures.
• Supervising payments via cash or cards and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discreteness.
• Preparing invoices against purchase orders using TRAACS and doing constant follow- up of overdue payments.
• Conducting research and developing promotional materials to increase sales.

• Responsible for providing high-end and luxury hotel bookings for VIP clients.
• Dedicated Travel Consultant for Jumeirah properties worldwide.
• Providing visa requirements, collecting, and reviewing documents, booking an appointment for visa applications.
• Greeting and welcoming walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Gathering the client’s inquiries and providing necessary requirements.
• Arranging bookings as per the requests.
• Arranging complex travel itineraries and packages.
