Managed to obtain further 5% reduction in policy premium by maintaining a good loss ratio with gate keeping through Al Shafi's InHouse Clinics at Al Shafi's Projects and Sales Centers.

Managed to analyze, plan and recommend improvements in the administration of Risk Management related to insurance programs and analyze data for group performance to achieve the company goals for better health care and cost control by evaluating loss ratio reports on quarterly basis.
