• Fast purchasing reaction for manually created purchase requisitions and MRP material Requisitions for both local and import materials (Raw and packaging materials, merchandises, maintenance spare parts, machinery annual contracts and IT requests).
• Prepare request for quotations (RFQs) and receive quotations.
• Achieve variety of sourcing and suppliers’ relationship management by maintaining the relationship with old suppliers, searching and evaluating new vendors.

• Making and daily updating Injection and molding production plan according to TV Main-Line daily plan by managing machines and assembly lines capacity.
• Determining the monthly operating days and the needed overtime days in case of demand unexpected increase or material unexpected shortage due to shipping issues.
• SAP PP responsible, maintaining master data, work calendar, routing and all related SAP (ERP) operations.
• Using GSCM (Global Supply Chain Management) System to get the demand and forecast of the SOP (Sales Operation Plan).
Production monitoring and analysis:
• Monitor production progress, determining problems by analyzing delays and constraints in production finding root causes and provide counter measure directly with lines leaders.
• Daily reporting about daily Plan vs. Result, updated cycle time and machines execution rate.
Materials checking:
• Checking Inventory to avoid shortages and excesses.
• Checking equipment, material availability with purchasing department
• Checking manpower requirements to execute production orders.
• Sell company products (Laptop, Motherboards, Processors, Cases, Subwoofers and computer accessories) to other companies on phone or via Internet.
