Implement Processes and Methods to Assure Quality Compliance for
Production Orders.
• Act as Qualified NDE Resource for Projects and Improve Quality Standards,
Policies, Programs, Plans, Procedures, And Practices for Continual
Improvement of the IMS.
• Provide and Ensure Inspection and Testing From Incoming Material Till
Finished Products In The Assigned Unit According Inspection & Test Plans,
Internal Guidelines And Customer Specifications.
• Inspect and Approve Incoming Materials by Confirming Specifications,
Conducting Visual, Dimensional, NDT Etc. And/or Rejecting and Returning
Unacceptable Materials.
• Apply Standard Quality Problem Solving Methods to Find Root Cause,
Corrective Actions, and to Resolve Problems.
• Maintain Measurement Equipment Operating by Following Operating
Instructions and Calibration Requirements and Calling for Repairs.
• Hands on Experience on CMM And Laser Alignment Tools
• Working Knowledge of International Standards Like ASME, API, ASTM, EN etc.
