• Mentoring and Developing Solution experts in AMS India (RadNet/PACS)
• Providing and facilitating Cross- training Solutions to various SOGs to address Solution Integration points.
• AMS Operations Monitoring on multiple clients - Exposure to multiple millennium applications
• Handling Downtime activities for US Clients from the India Ops team
• Contributed to increase team efficiency through innovative methodologies
- Designing docs -Client Information Sheet, Client Monitoring
- Video tutorials on different tasks related to monitoring aspects e.g. on Olympus, backend access and MDBuses etc.
- Providing KT sessions on RRDs, Olympus, Dashboard for the team.
- Trained new hires on AMS Monitoring activities.
