• Providing technical engineering services related to design, procurement and construction related to piping engineering
• Spearheading the operations pertaining to FEED Activity, review of feasibility study, furnishing the detailed engineering package, performing bid evaluation, procurement activities; imparting support to other departments such as project execution, maintenance, inspection and QA/QC, plant operations
• Focusing on controlling manpower, cost and schedule; preparing and monitoring schedule and discipline activities
• Furnishing proposal to undertake engineering activities for Piping Engineering
• Performing operations related to feasibility study, issuance of design and construction package, issuance of material/contract requisition for procurement/contracting, vendor/contractor evaluation
• Work as Lead Piping Engineer during FEED and Detail Engineering stage.
• Appraising, supervising and safeguarding compliance requirements are met for design and (e.g. Standards, specification and local codes and regulations)
• Steering 3D model workshops, Material handling workshops and constructability review sessions during FEED and EPC stage.
• Checking and Preparing piping Material Specification, Valve Specification & Data sheets, Material requisitions, Bulk Specifications, Construction Standards During FEED and EPC Stage.
• Evaluating and commenting on Mechanical & Process Datasheets of Static & Rotary equipment, Instrumentation & Actuated Valve Data sheets etc. as part of inter discipline activity during FEED and EPC stage.
• Administering Technip Abu Dhabi (FEED contractor) as part of Early Engineering activity on behalf of Operating COMPANY.
• Liable for timely review of FEED Deliverable & ensuring EEC comments in FEED Deliverable with Client Approval
• Providing Input Inspection Test Plan, Quality Control Plan and NDT Procedure Documents
• Formulating Material Requisition Sheet (MRS), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Enquiry Input Sheet (EIS)
• Gathering product specifications and designing, modifying & upgrading existing designs & detail engineering of
• piping systems
• Reviewing design calculation, Specifications, data sheet and drawings prepared by engineers during FEED and Detail Design Stage.
• Undertaking pre-project studies; preparing basic and detail engineering packages
• Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with PMC and COMPANY (End User)
• Evaluating & executing contracting works and coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients for Piping proposals, specifications and requisitions
• Managing technical bid evaluation, review of vendor documents like Piping calculations and drawings and so on
• Determining specifications for procurement, material / purchase requisition, purchase order and approval of vendor drawings
• Interpreting the technical details of client specifications accurately and designing Piping system

• Led a team of Piping engineers & designers dealing with piping design, Procurement, Stress support during FEED and EPC stage.
• Successfully executed detail design of replacement of existing process piping system in most challenging offshore platform
