Conduct AS-IS analysis and prepare documents.
Develop Business Process Model Level (BPML - APQC Standard).
Conduct GAP Analysis.
Develop Standard operating procedures for Asset management process.
Preparation of blueprint and Functional specifications for system development.
Develop functional specification for system reports and customization.
Develop Reports, KPIs and Dashboards for Asset management, Reliability and Maintenance.
Support data cleansing, validation, and migration according to industry standards (ISO 55000, ISO
10007, ISO 14224).
Support development of Target Operating model (TOM)
Support change management process develop training contents and user training.
Post Go-live support on Asset Management systems.
Panning and Reliability.
* Develop maintenance strategies without compromising OEM recommendation to achieve
maximum equipment availability with reduced cost.
* Develops and provide data and recommendations for improving equipment reliability, review
equipment histories and PM/PDM effectiveness.
* Responsible for supporting implementations and enhancements of the CMMS as a prime internal
technical resource.
* Ensure that key performance indicators are in place to monitor and report on key maintenance and
planning performance metrics.
* Analyse and report maintenance and reliability effectiveness to management for developing
strategic plans.
* Lead, train and mentor the planning team in order to provide weekly maintenance schedule to
maximize the crew utilization and keeping the downtime and maintenance cost to the lowest
possible levels.
* Lead the team in cataloguing the required spare parts, maintain the asset Bill of Materials,
inventory analysis, MRP control and assistance to procurement and warehouses
Plan, schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
