•Frequent analysis of market standard tools like Bloomberg, Reuters and SuperDerivatives for derivative pricing as well as analyzing the “Greeks” for the option portfolios.
•Analysis of cash flows as well as evaluation reports for acquisition of potential businesses (aviation, hospitality, hotels) to increase the global footprint of the airline.

Taking positions on cross currency pairs like EUR/USD, USD/JPY and GBP/USD.
•Using the Bloomberg and Reuters terminals for fundamental as well as technical analysis.
•Analyzing sensitive data released by various sources and deciding the trend of the currency pair.
•Analyzing candlestick charts of various timeframes for proper entry and exit of a specific position for a given currency pair.

Trade on the EUR/USD and USD/JPY using the Meta-trader platform at medium frequency.
•Develop strategies using time-series analysis and indicators.
•Back-testing models on data before and after the recent economic crisis.
•Using mql4 and C++ to develop trading models.
•Excel VBA used extensively to test results for time-series models.
