Work scope and services under this contract:
• Live Line working of all OHL 33KV & 132KV,
• Live Line Washing of all overhead lines and switchyards
• Condition Monitoring (Thermography, Partial Discharge and Corona survey results).
• Corrective and preventive maintenance on UPS system.
• Corrective and preventive maintenance on HV & LV switchgears
• Corrective and preventive maintenance on power transformers
• Corrective and preventive maintenance on protection relay
• Corrective and preventive maintenance on SCADA, battery system, electrical integrity rectification work.
• Small electrical upgrade activities.
• In addition: company may call upon the contractors to carry out Adhoc maintenance on power station and substation
and provide specialized training.
HSE Responsibility areas:
• Monitoring HSE performance in respective areas.
• Reporting the result to Management.
• Major shutdowns and corrective job to be completed safely is the prime agenda.
• Creating HSE awareness through presentations and meetings
• Demonstrating HSE leadership on an ongoing basis
• Guiding site management in the effective implementation of the HSE plan.
• Arranging & participating the monthly HSE meetings at site management level.
• Addressing weekly HSE meeting for all employees
• Conduct audits and inspection in respective areas and ensure corrective action implemented
• Participate in corporate assurance process
• Maintaining safety statistics and data
• Organize management HSE meeting as scheduled in HSE monitoring plan
• Review and analyze accidents and near miss for making corrective action recommendation
• Liaise with Client, Ministry, Labor law rules and regulation for any HSE issues.
• Fulfilling the requirement of the HSE Policy and contract HSE plan in the advisory capacity.
• Maintaining liaison with client safety department
• Detect deficiencies and weakness in the HSE management of contract promptly and advise / correct the project people to make
deficiencies and provide support to the project team to improve the performance in order to achieve the set objectives and
target
