• Assist in the survey, planning and design stages for the execution of SCADA & DMS projects.
• Develop, implement, test and troubleshoot SCADA/DMS databases and HMI for Medium voltage distribution system for domestic and overseas project.
• Prepare for, co-ordinate and execute FAT, provide validation support and customer training.
• Conduct and supervise field installation of new or retrofit equipment and prepare instructional installation documents for clients and project teams.
• Install and commission SCADA/DMS system, Prepare, co-ordinate and execute SAT, and provide on-site customer training both domestic and overseas.

• Verification of SCADA database using protocol simulators such ABB ITT600, ASE 2000 & TMW Test harness
• Prepare RTU 560 configurations for integration with SCADA and slave device like IEDs, other RTUs and MFM
Senior Project Engineer directly involved in every aspect of Substation automation projects from design to conception to manufacturing to testing to handover and maintenance along:
• Evaluate customer Tenders/RFQ, prepare technical compliance matrix and prepare bid queries
• Identify & liaise with 3rd party vendors for new product development, Technical evaluation of product and commercial negotiation
• Assist in the survey, planning and design stages for the execution of Substation Automation projects
• Prepare RTU & SCADA technical documentation i.e., System Architecture, Functional Design Specifications, Technical Specifications, General Arrangement Drawings, Circuit Diagrams, System I/O Schedules, Test Specifications and Operation and Maintenance literature
• Develop, implement & verify SCADA databases using protocol simulators
• Setup integration and testing platforms and perform FAT in conjunction with clients
• Install and Commission, prepare for, co-ordinate and execute SAT with customer for supplied system
• Release Bill of Material (BOM) on ERP systems for procurement of buyouts items
• Liaise with commissioning / service team to successfully perform site activities
