-Buying and tracking orders until arriving to final destination.
-Updating Price lists of items from various suppliers ( Local & International ).
-Check Invoices from suppliers against purchase orders.
-Breaking down of amounts received on specific orders for preparation of sales report (master sheet).
-Preparation of performa inovice to the extent that the orders are arriving.
-Request credit note for any differences between orders and goods received and follow up to the approval of credit note.
-Elaboration of sales report to suppliers, to be approved by management.
-Communication and updating the status of purchase orders to different clients.
-Update purchase order information in the system.
-Managing business-as-usual tasks, such as filing, scanning, copying, researching etc.
-Perform other allowable duties as assigned by management.

Support HOD by updating SD Management report weekly & monthly.
-Update the license fees of different media types, contact name and contact number of (14) region and state of Myanmar.
-Prepare cash advance for SD team's needed (License fees, Rental fees, Design change charges (contribution also), Electricity charges, Revenue share, etc.
-Prepare the contract when SD executive having for his/her new project.
-Create memo letter when something update needs to announce for existing project or new project to all department.
-Create and keep update all of data from SD team's executive by each project at SD server.
-Update Master Data sheet (at SD report file) when something needs to be changed.
-Create site ID for new project coming from SD Executives.
-Prepare the office letters to submit YCDC & Government about company existing sites & new sites.
-Contribute the list of billboard suppliers & billboard installation suppliers & other media suppliers to Executives & HOD.
-Prepare sale quotations that need to be submitted to the clients.
-Create the proposals of all media advertising request from sale teams.
-Implement the google map of site locations to propose to the clients.
-Gather every week’s reports, every month reports from sale team members and identify and report to Head of Department on every week and every month.
-Collect payments from clients on every month.
-Manage and Organize Creative Team Tasks coming from Multiple departments.
-Contribution at creating the culture of Engagement with major client/agencies and sales team.
-Setting and focusing on Time Management of enables to work smarter in administration.
-Plan & discuss with my managers to work easily for every job every week.
-Create & settle presents for company’s clients on every month.
