1- Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

2- Coordinates global supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization of customer satisfaction by coordinating all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.

3- Works with sections, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers in addition to working directly with sales department to determine most cost-effective distribution solutions for finished goods transportation to customers.

4- Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.

5- Works with freight forwarders and transportation companies to set best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements).

6- Collaborates with procurement department to determine best practice for freight in and freight consolidation.

7- Supports proper utilization of ERP system.

8- Member of the operations staff, responsible to routinely report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.

Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; calculating the statements, summarizing data, information, and trends.
Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Working as Main cashier and handling the cash daily.
Handling All Foreign Currencies Exchange transactions.
Handling all kind of transactions according to company compliance system and insure that is all going according to my company law, the central bank, and the governmental rules.
Handling all Kinds of International Remittances, using SWIFT and IBAN systems.
Handling and Issuing TTs & DDs.
Credit card payment, Cash advance& cash passport .
Accounts opening for clients with the correspondents banks network.
Issuing & Handling National Bonds transactions.
Western Union services.
Ensures prompt and courteous servicing of client inquiries, requests and complaints.
