•Supervising the performance of the project staff (administrative, technical and services team) and evaluating their performance periodically.
•Participate in the development of the internal monitoring and evaluation models of the project and any related models, in addition to ensuring that the progress reports are prepared and presented according to the agreed timeframe and work plan and provide feedback.
•Supervising the organization and archiving files related to the project, including files that contain the timesheets for project team.
