Recent Project: Mohammad Bin Rashid Library | Client : DM
• Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
• Prepare the construction method statements, and develop work methods and temporary works necessary for the project areas.
• Prepare temporary works drawings and site related design drawings.
• Follow up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site activities.
• Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
• Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
• Follow-up on the deliveries and invoicing of these permanent materials.

2. ALRAJHI Cut and Bend factory:
( Consultant and owner : ALRAJHI ).

Responsibilities :

manage site activities
prepare three weeks schedule
prepare material requests
prepare bar bending schedule
manage all the departments in the site ( safety, store, quantity surveying, quality control and planning )
monitoring the productivity of the labors.

-Searching for new clients in KSA, Bahrain, and other middle east regions.
-Travelling to visit potential clients
-Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
-Managing and interpreting customer requirements
-Persuading clients that my company product and service will best satisfy their needs
-Calculating client quotations
-Negotiating tender and contract terms
-Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
-Offering after-sales support services
-attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
-Providing pre-sales technical assistance
-Solving client problems
