In charge of planning and delivering the curriculum to students aged between 3.8-15 years. The curriculums are highly designed to improve students' skills and fitness by using the recent equipments and latest knowledge. My classes are usually class based and field base. In this role, I was in charge of resolving Visa customers' queries over the phone, adjusting non-financial western Union money transfers, monitoring accounts, and reporting suspicious transactions.
