• Research, identify new leads, cold call and promote moving and relocation products.
• Conduct a minimum of 5 sales presentations per week by physical visits to customer locations.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
• Support customer retention by regular calls to ensure service satisfaction, providing information useful to the customer and introducing additional services to the customer.
• Coordinate with sales management on implementation of sales plans, special promotion efforts and incentive schemes.

• Monitor credit issues and liaise with customer accounting department and be aware of issues with non/late payments and take action to ensure outstanding money is collected.

Job Description:
Provide clients with the correct information regarding visa qualification and processes over the telephone and in person. Update the CRM with the necessary information required and proactively liaising with the Client Services Team. Ensure timely submission of relevant paperwork/contracts to new clients and timely submission of client data to Client Services Team. Research and develop possible new services to be offered to clients and refer to sister and/or partner companies. Respond to fresh leads within the time set.

Job Description:
