Successful in implementing one of the biggest rollouts, Available to Promise (ATP), at target, which surfaces Inv availability across 10K+ locations with accurate guest delivery date all under 100 msec response time with 25K TPS.
Managed multiple team sizes of 15-70 people & delivered complex solutions flawlessly into production. Executed multiple projects with budgets ranging from 500K-5M while maintaining less than 2-5% deviation throughout.
Led the Order Management Team of Target.com from launch to 30+ releases for 2 years, including a Sterling upgrade from 8.5 to 9.2, which was the most complex upgrade completed in < 4months.

Managed the entire integration track which connects the .com systems with all the downstream applications as one of the top performing PM when BJ’s.com project was launched,
21+ applications which were impacted were consulted and successfully aligned to implementation.
The rollout impact was minimized for less than an hour while ensuring all the other systems could perform as usual.
After successful conclusion of the project, moved on to become the manager of the business analyst team mentoring the BA’s for requirement gathering, business process documentation, UAT coordination etc.
Aced as a liaison between IT team & business stakeholders ensuring business understanding/project execution is easier.
