• Design the ELV System as per the client requirement as per local and International regulations and standards.
• Designing the system and prepare the drawings for Preliminary, Schematic, Detailed, IFT and IFC levels
• Preparing Technical documents/Specification as per project requirement
• Review the Drawings from contractors
• Attending technical meeting with client/Contractors
• Handle & co-ordinate multiple projects
• Maintaining a healthy customer relationship at all times, with customer service key at every level
• Communicating with the Immediate Manager for Reporting and taking his assistance when required
• Maintaining all paperwork and documentation up-to-date and communicating appropriately.
• Being aware of all contract possibilities and add on business opportunities

 Designing & Estimation of ELV System (CCTV, BMS, Access control, PA system,
Intercom, Structure cabling, etc. ) as per the client/Consultant requirement and Qatar
regulations
 Taking the approval for design, shop drawings and material submittals
 Handle & co-ordinate multiple project sites
 maintaining a healthy customer relationship at all times, with customer service key
at every level
 approaching the system with technical review

 Providing Submittal, Schematic Diagram & Shop Drawings for the Systems

 Technical consultant for Physical security system
 Take over the security system from system integrator
 Preparing reports and other relative documents
 Lead and Guide technicians in projects

 Involved myself in installation testing and commissioning of access control system,
CCTV system and HVAC system at various sites.
 Service and maintenance the BMS Systems at various sites
 Troubleshooting the fault identifications
 Preventive, Corrective and break down Maintenance
 Preparing reports and other relative documents
