International Tour Operations
• Maintains positive Customer & Colleague interactions .
• Issuing Hotel, Tour & Transfer Vouchers to Customer .
• Coordinating & Follow up with Customers coordinate with overseas clients, office and suppliers.
• To ensuring Proper Airport Transfer, Hotel Check-in, Check-out & Tour .

Departure Operations (Handling Counters)

• Counter Check In, Issuing Boarding pass.
Arrival Operations
• Coordinating with various departments for smooth passenger movement.
• To ensuring Proper flight meet, maas, wheel chair, VIP, CIP, MEDA & INAD, DEPA Passenger handling.
• Supervising the baggage delivery.
• Making PIR DPR reports at arrival hall.
• And ensuring the proper handling of Arrival baggage & Arrival mail.
Flight operations
• Ensuring proper Passenger embarkation & disembarkation within stipulated time.
• Proper boarding at boarding gate and Special Handling Passenger. (MAAS, WHEELCHAIR, MEDA, VIP, CIP, BUSSNESS CLASS).
• Coordinating with CUSTOMS, IMMIGRATION & other staff while attending the Flight.
Documentations
• Preparing Passenger Manifest, Out Bound summery & briefing sheet for outgoing flights.
• Taking initial permission for outgoing flights from customs.
• Preparing Incoming flights papers for customs.
Team Management
