Construction and Commissioning Assistance for
Jetty Boil -off Gas Recovery Project (EPC Project)
Client: QATARGAS Ltd / Fluor Mideast (EPCm)
Project Value: $80 M as of date
• Full out the quantities for Civil, Steel Structural, Road paving works (Asphalt road including shoulders, road marking/signage, curbs) and Electrical (Cathodic Protection and etc….) from IFC Drawings and submit to consultant for approval and follow up.
• Site visit daily basis and catch up the ongoing progress.
• Submit to consultant progress weekly basis and get approval for them.
• Prepare the monthly invoices.
• Keeping touch IFC new revisions and find out quantity variations and extra works.
• Prepare the quantity and rate analysis for extra works and involve getting approval from client.
• Report to project control manager regarding ongoing progress daily basis follow his instructions.
• Report to Project cost control manager regarding variation and extra works and also coordinate with him regarding cost controlling ongoing and new activities.
• Support to procurement department by Material take-off for ongoing and planned activities.
• Maintain and monitoring the progress tracking system to understand the project situation.
• Checking subcontractor’s agreements and evaluate their invoices monthly basis.
• Maintain proper documentations.
• Keeping good communication with consultant and client.
• Performed liaison with other engineering departments
