KRA is Creating relationship at CXO level in all business units, understating their business plans, arranging meetings of Wipro management with customer’s key persons, creating business cases and addressing current business opportunities, Strategizing business directions ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives.
I am responsible for Topline and Bottom line target for Enterprise Accounts, cutting across all LoB’s including Network Solutions(Active Voice and Data Network- Cisco, HP, Juniper, Avaya, etc and Passive Network-Cabling, CCTV, AV, Video etc), Business Solutions (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft etc), Platform & Storage, Security, Performance Optimization Solutions (APM, PPM, VAPT), Emerging Technologies (BYOD, Cloud, etc), Licenses and Solutions from Microsoft, Adobe, etc and Enterprise Services/ Managed IT, Maintenance Contracts; acting as SPOC for customer and internal LoB’s.
Handed key corporate accounts in telecom domain at national level for DC Power solutions, batteries and Renewable energy such as Solar, Wind & Fuel Cell. Given responsibility to establish Regional office at Chandigarh for all divisions of Delta Electronics.
I handed critical four Telecom Operator accounts at national level.
Independently handled generic accounts in Middle East and created business off the conventional practices especially in Oman and Saudi Arabia for Systems Integration, Enterprise Solutions, IT/Telecom Applications & Software, Infrastructure Management and IT Hardware Solutions.
Handled the sales of Computer Hardware, Software and basic networking switches.
