Start working as a Friday Incharge:
•Handling 200 instructors at one time.
•Making schedule of 400 students on each Friday.

•Trying to go everyone schedule in a smooth way.

In 2011 i started working as a Customer service in charge and handled different sections too like(VIP and FRIDAY) sections. I used to maintain following reports as follow:
* Making all the instructors (150) overtime report verify and forwarded to Payroll dept
*Handling all the VIP/VVIP customers and provide them them the ''WOW'' services.
*Arranging the gate passed for all the customers and staff as well.
*Forwarding all the leave papers and co-ordinating to HR department regarding all the documents work.
*All branch reports update to the Branch Manager on daily basis.
* All customers problems should be solved on daily basis.
*Faced internal and External audits for customer service too.
