Responsbilities
1.Coordination with Department HOD’s and understanding their requirements, defining job positions.
2.Resourcing, screening and shortlisting resume through various job portals or internal reference.
3. Advertising vacancies, screening and shortlisting resume. Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
4. Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.
5.Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs.
6.Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.
Encouraging the participation of employees in various organizational events.
7. Issuing training certificates after completion of the training.Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from employees
8.Preparing Final settlements, leave, salary and all employee benefits. Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
9.Processing monthly attendance musters for workers, trainees & officers. Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
10.Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letter Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
11.Taking care of placements for all the students develop good relationships with corporate companies to know about the job opportunities. To ensure that student gets placed
12.Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
13.To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Department HOD’s and Management.Developed a system of regular Employee Engagement Activities like Birthdays, Festival themes celebrations & other

11. Responsible for initiating & implementing internal company transfers
12. Ensure that Companies’ staffing requirements are satisfied in a timely manner, with the competent workforce, and in accordance with established recruitment guidelines, policies, & procedure
