• Air Cooled Refrigerated Dryers (700 to 3200 scfm Range) -Tropical Climate Design enhancement with 50% Power saving and 26% Row material cost reduction by Increasing Air System Efficiency Improvement which was break through design concept, structure improvement for India road condition. This project had been awarded With Extra Mile achievement.
• Water Cooled Refrigerated Dryer (1500 to 6400 cfm) with Shell and Tube condenser with 20% Energy Saving.
• Global Integrated Refrigerated Dryer with Certification CE, UL, CSA, CCC.
• VAVE SAVING for Life cycle product.
Design Engineer, Sr. Engineer and Assistant Manager (Team Lead) in Commercial Air conditioner R&D Department.

Worked as Senior Design Engineer- for Commercial Air Conditioner and Chiller Design Development, tendering, customized order solution for product line, Cost Reduction, Supplier Technical and cost negotiation for Key parts.
Product Developed:-
• One of My Fastest NPD project from Scratch - 2 TR Concealed Duct Low Static Split units with record time of 1.5 month. Though it was a customized order, Products were delivered within 2 month time.
• 11, 22, 33 TR Customized Air and Water Cooled chiller with Scroll Compressor Range.
• Re-Design the 5.5TR condensing unit Chassis for cost innovation.
• Cost saving for Alternate supplier part development for Key HVAC components.
• Chiller logic tree development for Scroll range
GRADUATE APTITUDE TEST IN ENGINEERING-95 PERCENTILE in 2005 GATE.
