- Conduct an industry and sector research based on the business needs;
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the local (KSA) real estate fund market - products, clients and key players (developers, realtors, regulators, etc.);
- Preparation of quarterly factsheet, biannual, and annual reports;
- Assist in the Preparation of investment opportunity analysis, and investment memorandums for management review; and aids in the drafting and preparation of the Private Placement Memoranda;
- Assist in building and modeling cash flows for new investment opportunities;
- Source, analyze and review due diligence information for proposed new investments and provide a summary report of the information obtained and the results of the analysis conducted;
- Be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the relevant compliance requirements.
- Valuing investment opportunities, conduct a detailed analysis to identify and recommend feasible investment opportunities by interfacing with brokerage community, researching property, demographic and other pertinent information within target markets.
- Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts;
- Preparing investment memorandums and reports for management review;
- Assist in ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the institution’s policies and procedures and with local regulatory and legal requirements;

- Ability to investigate & challenge the assumptions made in feasibility studies.
- Ability to identify investment opportunity from research.
- Ability to interact & co-ordinate with consultant (regarding resolution of issues pertinent with the feasibility study/business plan).
- Ability to interact & co-ordinate with financial advisors (regarding preparation of Information Memorandum, research, business valuation).
