• Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms (Types ofthe rooms and
their location and layout), rates, promotions, amenities, programs,
hotel facilities and services.
• Understand and enforce hotel and company credit policies and ensure
proper billing instructions and payment methods (cash or card) are
applied to the reservation.
