Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
coordinate between facility, leasing and departments
Prepare and lunch announcements and notifications for all tenants
Provide team training for new agents and new procedures
Prepare monthly and weekly reports
Recommend improvement and enhancement to procedures
