Following up the project I’m responsible of during all design phases, including preparing time frames and work schedules for the project, supervising team members either in technical and design matters or following up on projects’ progress and submissions during all Project phases, following up the team members performance and development, correspondence with client through design phases, and coordination with other disciplines. In addition to the office support during the construction of the project, including checking shop drawings and “as built” drawings, responding to material approvals and RFI’s, providing any extra needed details, supportive site visits, and being a part of the project final inspection committee, all in collaboration with the supervision team.
Additionally, monitoring the implementation of the company’s quality criteria, Engineering standards, and Governmental regulations, while maintaining the clients’ satisfaction and providing them with their needs and requirements.

8- Prepare high level schedules, summarizing the status of the company's projects for management review.
9- Follow up in an intensive way the whole progress of the company.

10- Act as a third party that monitors company’s Team and clients.

11- Generate new ideas to increase the productivity of the team, enhance the performance, and ensure smoothness of work.
12- Provide upper management with progress feedback, overall performance of the company, recommendations for solving disruptions, and increasing productivity. Assist with determining upcoming goals and objectives.


• Quality Control

1- Monitor the quality of drawings throughout the design process.
2- Monitor the quality of drawings in all disciplines "Architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical", paper work, daily and weekly reports, internal and external emails, communication channels, etc.
3- Activate the quality control form, as a documentation of the employee’s performance.
4- Monitor the quality of Construction process throughout the construction phase, in terms of commitment to design details, using site forms, following correct communication channels, commitment to submission dates of construction documents, etc.
5- Monitor the quality of the maintenance process throughout the maintenance phase, in terms of commitment to submitting daily maintenance checklists, receiving maintenance calls and taking correct actions; ensure all issues are solved using correct methods, following TTW's standards.
6- Monitor the Company’s incoming and outgoing documents and emails, and take the necessary actions to obtain the required quality.
7- Get feedback continuously from employees, study weak points in the above mentioned processes to develop methods to improve the overall quality.
8- Conduct meetings with division managers, and operations manager to discuss the performance of each division, and of the company. Discuss weak points and find new methods to develop quality assurance in TTW's services and products.
9- Work together with functional managers to prepare assessment for the employees every three months, to improve the quality of work, and assist upper management with the evaluation and employees raises.


In addition to working with Talal Abu Ghazale team to implement ISO 9001:2015 Integrated System on the Company’s procedures to achieve the certificate.
