Estimation Engineer Responsibilities (Tender Projects in Lebanon, Erbil,
Nigeria & GCC)
* Establish and update pricing models for projects products and services to ensure that their
methodology complies with company policies and maximizes profitability
* Interpret and follow Company tendering processes and procedures to ensure all aspects of
tenders are met including relevant discipline codes and standards
* Send specification documents to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and
equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final tender
documentation
* Organize task and priorities in order to meet deadlines
- Provide quality customer service
- Work in a professional environment
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports and other confidential materials
- Organize and maintaining files and records
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage projects and conducting research
- Prepare and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Build relationships and liaise with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and
manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications
* Review and generate Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to
identify materials types & quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for
cost estimation
* Prepare all qualification documents (Bid bonds & bank guarantee, Material on site, legal
documents, portfolio ..)
* Negotiate the tender prices with the Main Contractor/Client in order to get the project.
Procurement Engineer Responsibilities (Projects in Lebanon, Erbil, Nigeria & GCC)
* Review and generate procurement Bill of Quantity against latest suppliers' offers and to
identify materials types, brands, & quantities and prepare material submittal schedule.
* Identifies data sources and techniques for data acquisition, and collects required data for a
specific project.
* Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards,
programs, and reports
Implementation of designs with mechanical engineers
* Design of drainage and sewage
* Design of hot and cold water
* Design of heating, ventilation & air-conditioning system
* Producing reports documenting the current activity on the site and comments on the
progress of the work
Site Visits / Meetings with potential clients
* Design of Solar Systems
* Installation of Solar systems
* Conducted researches and assisted in design and analysis of new products
