Promoted into the diverse role of Head of HSE Consultancy Services Department reporting directly to the Country Manager with the responsibility of project management, management of the Consultancy Team, work planning, cost controls, development and delivery of training, leading and developing junior consultants.

• Development and implementation of processes for a Power Plant in preparation for OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Certification (certification achieved and sustained);
• Development of Behaviour Based Programme and training;
• Accident and Incident Investigation on behalf of Clients and Legal Firms;
• Interrogation of incident data - fatalities, major-minor incidents - for clients, prosecution teams or law firms;
• Evaluated 5 years´ Incident Data and Development of Incident Definitions, Criterion and Reporting Process for Major Maritime & Logistics Company;
• Development of procedures for construction of metro line, power plant, woodworking workshop, etc.);
• Task Risk Assessment and Construction HAZID scribe for Maersk Oil Qatar and other;
• Fire and Life Safety Audit and Upgrade of 18 Primary Health Care Centres with Qatar Civil Defence approval;
• Fire and life safety inspection of a newly constructed drilling rig for Gulf Drilling International;
• Inspection of theme and attractions parks on behalf of Clients and Qatar Tourism Authority;
• Inspection of housing and hotels on behalf of different universities with Qatar Foundation;
• Development of HSE plans, safety method statements and traffic management plans for a public Works Authority project;
• Development and delivery of bespoke training to suit client needs, procedures and systems;
