Key Responsibilities
Managing team of 8 Recruitment Specialists to implement annual temporary staff recruitment of 1000+ workforce
Utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, employee referrals and a robust network to reduce costs and source staff. Key contributor for the preparation and implementation of the HR Department budget, the coordination of benefits schemes and staff appraisal processes.
Act as Deputy Workforce Manager during Grand Prix event and contribute to successful delivery of the volunteering program. Support volunteering program to ensure timely and efficient volunteers recruitment, development and engagement.

In line with the Recruitment team, achieved recruitment targets in all functions in the cost efficient manner with 0 spend on the agency fees.
Achieved 98% of offer acceptance rate by streamlining recruitment processes.
Contributed to the 100% compliance to external auditing- conducted frequent audits and mentoring sessions with the staff.
Fronted the staff off-boarding process exit interviews- including analyzing exit interview data and preparing employee turnover reports to improve the company’s retention strategy.
Created policies covering recruitment, talent management & development, employee relations’ matters and termination.

Key Responsibilities- Worked with various recruitment tools to implement national and international recruitment. Coordinated mobilization process of new hires and any travel arrangements necessary were made.
