Created & managed IT purchase orders (Created over 300 Purchase Orders).
Prepares regular and bids and contract documents, including, Invitations to RFPs, Bid and RFQs.
Being one of the 1st
founders of KAUST has given me the opportunity to startup the purchasing
department and played a key role in the success of a starting up the department.

Built and developed relationships with key suppliers and customers as well as managed vendor
relationships and assisted in building effective partnerships.
Negotiate pricing and purchase goods and ensure delivery in a timely manner.
Providing the management with each purchase order a written explanation regarding the choice of the
vendor.
Recommend to end-users the use of alternative parts, materials, or manufacturing methods to reduce costs.
Created an E-Catalogue system that impact to great cost saving, time savings and customer satisfaction.
