The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering customers’ inquiries and requests and solving customers’ complaints and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and resolve customers’ complaints as per the set service guidelines and scenarios
Follow up on customers’ inquiries/complaints to enhance business performance and increase
customer retention rates
Identify with the customers their products/services needs and refer their requests/unresolved cases to concerned parties
Maintain a detailed log of all cases on the CRM system and update the Customer Service Manager to decide on preventive actions to be taken accordingly

Research new trends and best practices in the cusomer service field
Analyze Shop Managers' inquiries to identify new initiatives and report them to the Customer Service Manager
