Prepare RFI for queries, Verification & clarification of IFC.
Prepare CSD(Co-ordination Shop Drawings)
Monitor & Make sure Site Architectural & Civil Work are executed as per Approved Shop Drawings.
Prepare Quantity Takeoff/BOQ vendor packages. (Furniture, Tiles, Stone Cladding, Etc.)
Check and review Shop drawings from Sub-contractors.
Coordinate to consultant for design issues.
Records Submittal drawings and Approved drawings.
Filing all documents concerning the project according to the Section Document filing plan
Supervised a Team in Coordination Shop Drawing Preparation.
Perform as a Team Leader on Coordination Shop Drawings.
Supervise Drafting works.
Reports to the Mechanical Manager and to the assigned Engineer, for project related matters.
Prepare single discipline for MEP trades (HVAC, Fire Protection, & Plumbing).
