1. Maintains proper communication within the organization. Such as but not limited to answering telephone, check correspondence through email. Work hand in hand with the Operations Manager and the General Manager/Partner.
2. Prepare various business letters as per request by the General Manager.
3. Handle and perform job through ERP System.
4. Maintains proper filing system, archiving and generalizing proper documentation of orders and other important details related to the operation of the organization.
5. Maintains good clientele relationship and attends to guests needs.
6. Prepare necessary documents related to project/orders such as quotation, compliance statement, technical submittal, technical drawing, and other necessary details regarding the contractor project;
7. Arrange Offer/Appointment Letter for Newly Hired Employees.
8. Determines needs and orders office supplies, equipment, repair and maintenance services.
9. Operates standard office equipment and performs related works as given by the management.
Recruitment Officer:
1. Conduct the recruitment process in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures of the Human Resource Department;
Coordinator:
1. Act as the Human Resource Coordinator for other company affiliates
2. Work closely with the HR officers of various company affiliates and shall provide regular reports to the immediate superior for any concerns and updates
3. update Masterlist of Employees in the affiliated companies for any changes arising from recruitment and separation, transfer of personnel, personnel data changes, and other entries in the Masterlist
4. oversee the Performance Evaluation process of affiliated companies
5. attend to the concerns of the employees that requires counseling, coaching and development;
6. coordinate with the HR officers for the list of employees who violated attendance, punctuality and manual punches and shall prepare corresponding memorandums
7. facilitate the safekeeping of records generated within the process
8. responsible in the maintenance and updating of the 201 files of all employees of the affiliated companies;
9. ensure that appropriate communication processes are established within the organization
1. Handle whole Recruitment process on Affiliating Hotels;
2. Handle Compensation and Benefits;
3. Handle Performance Evaluation and Employee Appraisal;
4. Handle Contract Monitoring;
5. Handle Conflict Management;
6. Handle Records Management and Communication on both internal and external;
7. Coordinates with HR Staff on all affiliating hotels;
8. Handle other designated tasks such as supervising On-the-Job Trainees;
9. Perform other tasks such as documentation and monthly/annual report;
10. Perform other tasks given by the management.
