I work at iTEAM SYSTEMS as a Business Development and TA Manager. My main tasks include:

- Identifying potential clients and develop outreach strategies.
- Collaborating with internal team to build a consistent process of outreach, follow up and close.
- Attracting suitable prospects through LinkedIn, cold emails, and cold calling.
- Conducting sales demos and managing prospects through a defined sales process to get them closed and on-boarded.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Work with the client to develop job descriptions, finalize requirements.
- Candidates sourcing, interviewing and on boarding through LinkedIn and any other possible approach.
- Perform the full Talent acquisition cycle activities.
- Maintain a warm relationship with existing and new client.
