Provide advice, guidance and professional support to employees in all employment issues with respect to interpretation and application of the company policies and procedures.
Control and update Company’s Organization Chart per management decision and approved Requisition Forms.
Working closely with head of HR, define the process to measure individual, team, and group performance and translate these into incentives or for management visibility and decision making.• Ensure that all the company employees are aware of the policies and procedures and are abiding by them.
Recommend and execute disciplinary actions when the policies are violated in coordination with the employee managers.
Working with HR manger on special project as needed manpower plan, succession plan, and salary scale.• Administer and issue monthly payroll and benefit for national and expatriate employees involved (tax, over time, social security, deduction allowance) payment is done on time.
Modify employees’ salaries and benefits based official government increase or company salary increase.
Prepare employees resignation, termination or end of service settlements, in accordance with the contracts, company’s policy and Syria labor law.
