Adding value: Generating a 16% YoY increase in 3rd party content resulting in over 70% of traffic to the website. Constantly evolving the department to expand; setting up new processes; continually improving and implementing relevant new initiatives; whilst exceeding key KPI targets. Playing a key role as a stakeholder, solution finder and responsible for department reporting. Identifying key market intelligence, to help in areas of product innovation and operations and delivery across the businesses.
