 Created the three main segments of the show and produced all the relevant content to appeal to the targeted audience

 Fruitfully attracted commercial show sponsors and key advertisers and ensured their satisfaction with the execution of their campaigns.
 Rewardingly made the connection between the social media (Facebook, twitter and instagram) and the on-air activities to provide the listeners with a fun and entertaining experience when participating in competitions or contests on their favorite show

 Presented the award winning morning show Baity for 4 consecutive years, an interactive daily show targeting women in the Middle East. The show consists of three main segments (social, medical and lifestyle) that address a variety of topics
 Lead the daily meetings with the production team to plan, assess and review the show
 Conducted a thorough research for appealing subjects that featured on the show
 Produced content of all segments in each episode which in turn led to the selection and hosting of many expert guests
 In preparation for each show, executed several interviews with specialized guests in the studio, over the telephone or on location
 Linked between segments of the show by reading from scripts and/or autocue or by improvising
 Constantly liaised with the technical team during the shooting to insure a seamless execution and a sustainable quality outcome of each episode

Achievements
 In April 2007, Baity was granted the first prize in the health awareness contest awarded by the pharmaceuticals giant Roche for its contribution to cancer awareness.
