Create a schedule, assign testing tasks, and make sure to keep the team members on schedule and keep the schedule reflect the real work.
• Review products/Projects and confirm acceptance of design/requirements provided.
• Review testing tasks and ensure the testers follow the procedures in following test cases, configuring the environments.
• Manage Jira issue tracker and confluence pages to ensure all needed information as release notes, test planes, testing progress and executions result of each iteration.
• Ensure to keep the test cases updated on the SVN/Testing servers and matching the latest user stories that exist on Jira.
• Discuss the requirements (user stories) with the team.
• Review quarter output with the stakeholders and team.
• Deploy/Review major releases for features and projects, minor release for hot fixes.
• Review requirement with the product owner, on the design phase.
• Do grooming sessions with product owner, designed and development department.
• Provided ongoing support and guidance to new joiners and team members.
• Scheduled and conducted quality audit inspections, analyzing, and reviewing systems, data and documentation.
