Providing Consultation to Ministry of Energy / Petroleum Authority, Brunei on the following in relation to the Project (specifically for the proposed Combined Heat & Power (CHP) power plant): -
a) Project Standards Analysis - Involves review, assessment, comparison of the proposed GB standards (Chinese standards as submitted by the Project Sponsor) as to ascertain whether the GB standards meet the acceptable International recognized Engineering Standards (e.g. ASTM, API, ASME, BS, NEMA, NFPA etc.)
b) Pre-FID Document Review - Review of Feasibility Study report (FSR) & Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA). Preparation of Coal Ash & Slag Utilization & Ash Yard Management Plan, Coal Phase out strategy & its implementation.
c) Technical Inputs to Implementation Agreements (IA) - Providing technical Inputs into Power Implementation Agreement (IA)/ Power purchase agreement as required by legal/contracts team of Prime Minister’s office, Brunei (PMO)
d) Audit Framework - Develop auditing and monitoring regime for the Ministry of Energy / Petroleum Authority to monitor project progress ensuring regulatory compliance by the project sponsor.
o Engineering Manager for Sabiya Stage -3 Combined Cycle Power Plant (950 MW) (SGT5-4000F Gas turbines, ST5-5000 Steam turbine))
Proposal / Tender engineering for:
o Kabd Waste to Energy Power Project, Kuwait (3274 MT/Day MSW based power plant)
o 280 MW Al Abdaliya Integrated Solar Combine Cycle (ISCC) Project
Project engineering of following projects:
Solar PV Projects:
1) 648MWp Kamuthi Solar Power Project, India
2) 40 MWp Bitta Solar PV Project, India
3) 1.2 GW Modules & Cell Manufacturing Facility, Mundra, India
Thermal Power Plants:
(1) 4290 MW (3X330MW + 2X660MW + 3X660MW), Mundra Coal Based Thermal Power Project
(2) 3300 MW (5x660 MW) Tirora Coal Based Thermal Power Project, Maharashtra
(3) 1320 MW (2x660 MW) Kawai Coal based Thermal Power Project, Rajasthan

Review & Preparation of Power plant layout.
Review of specifications & data sheets for Fuel Oil Storage and Handling System, Effluent Treatment Plant, Natural Draft Cooling Tower, CW - ACW - CCW System & DM Plant and review of vendor drawings.
Project 11 MW, Atmospheric Fluidised Bed Combustion (AFBC) Boiler (using waste from coal washery as fuel), India
Duties - Erection & Commissioning of 1 X 52 TPH Atmospheric Fluidised Bed Combustion (AFBC) boiler & its auxiliaries.
- Operation and Maintenance of: Boiler type: AFBC, Operating Pressure.: 45 kg/cm2, Capacity: 52 TPH.
