Preparing activity plan, following project time schedule plan with approved budget plan, providing technical advice, staff performance monitoring 4. Preparing work required tools, estimate required budget for manpower, materials, subcontractor's management. 5. Attend periodically meeting, daily report, following site log issues, logical thinking skills, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best contracts. 6. Drawing up work schedule and communicating any adjustments to crew members and client, delegating tasks and training sessions if required, complying quality control and assurance. 7. Prepare long lead equipment plan, and safe work method statement. 8. Project management wise. 9. Infrastructure networks (Medium voltage, Low voltage, Street lighting, Fiber optics, CCTV)
