Led several Account level process, system and business improvement initiatives for major global Accounts (that have a sum revenue of 83m+ €/year), to improve performance against contractual SLAs (such as lead time, service availability, incident management).

• Achieved massive delivery lead time and service quality improvement for 2 major global Accounts and kicked off initiative with the same methodology for 4 further ones.
• Built up framework to utilize standard systems in a very bespoke environment.
• Built up Supplier Network and Collaboration framework for devices and 3rd party services.
• Implemented replenishment processes for essential devices for Service Delivery
• Became a key advisor of Senior Account Stakeholders on any improvement and gap mitigation topics, leading Account wide transformation projects.

Also led an SSC focused process transformation to improve the performance of back office services

• Successful discovery and gap analysis of E2E (eTOM) processes and related system (OSS/BSS) functionalities with 80+ SMEs from 10+ functions.
• Lined up President level Stakeholders behind globally relevant process & system changes and requirements.
• Introduced culture of E2E collaboration in previously highly siloed SSC environment that is now being rolled out across the entire SSC organizations.
• Coordinated discovery and business case definition for Robotics & Automation (RPA).
• Became the key SME in the organization for Service Line leads in the SSC to turn to for improvements initiatives and senior Stakeholder engagement.

• Redesigned Warehousing, Procurement and Supply Chain processes and defined requirements for SAP MM/WM/SD implementation for an Energy Client.
• Designed and implemented Supply Chain Reporting framework for an Energy Client.

I also got involved heavily in consulting sales tasks as SME (supporting Senior Partners) and prepared several proposals (professional and commercial parts).
