• Introduced culture of E2E collaboration in previously highly siloed SSC environment that is now being rolled out across the entire SSC organizations.

• Implemented integrated Demand & Supply Planning process and system.
• Deployed and established an efficient S&OP process in several countries.
• Designed a group level Integrated Business Planning model.
Tasks included strategy consulting, process design, system design and delivery, process implementation, operating model design, project management, change- stakeholder- and vendor management.

I also got involved heavily in consulting sales tasks as SME (supporting Senior Partners) and prepared several proposals (professional and commercial parts).

• As an In-House Consultant, successfully delivered several IS-Retail and MM functional improvement projects with 10-200k+ $ budget.
• Built up B2B Procurement integration via SAP MM with major EU FMCG Suppliers for Retail.
• Delivered custom designed tool to automate correction of faulty Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
• Drove functional maintenance, issue resolution and compliance activities in SAP IS-Retail.
