Role: Manage the Request for Quotation (tender) from the time of issuance until the Final Offer is delivered to Customer within the due date. Order follow up until final delivery to Customer and payment is received.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing tenders, checking feasibility and loading the information in the Internal Dynamic system for the relevant personnel in HQ to start working on the deliveries, logistics, technical clarifications, etc. Understanding business background, competitive environment, key success factor, gathering necessary information from the Internal departments so as to work out a value proposition to the customer aligned with Company strategy and preparing price proposal inside the system.
Submitting sealed bid offers, bid bonds, etc., and tracking the progress along with Commercial Team. Manage Bookings in the system together with Delivery & Allocation Team.
Handling Order follow up with mills
Manage Customer Orders until delivery is fulfilled and payment realized;

Handling all Line Pipe Offers/Order execution for
Ensure the fulfillment of Purchase Orders, monitoring client demands and supervising orders are within established timeframe.
Responsibilities:
Following up on the progress of orders at different mills (through internal systems / contacts / etc) and completing all essential information in the internal follow up system. Generate status report to customers as per agreed frequency and requirement.
Establishing and maintaining the network with key players for the execution of the contracts within the customer structure.
Solving all contingencies which have to be solved outside the region of the mill where the issue takes place.
Coordinating necessary actions with customer/Commercial Team to fix credit issues, requesting authorizations as per internal Credit Manual or send confirmation to keep shipment on hold.
Handling commercial modifications request and analyzing the feasibility. Handling re-allocation request from the mills, validating with customer on the re-allocation, and solve any issue that may arise from this decision.
